I have created both traditional paper albums and digital albums. In my experience I have found there are many advantages to creating a digital album over a traditional paper scrapbook album. Here are some of the top advantages:
Once the album is designed you can print out as many copies as you like. You do not have to recreate the entire album again, you simply print extra copies. You can get a copy for yourself, your relatives, or your friends.
You can print and reprint in a variety of different sizes. Maybe you want a 12 x 12 for yourself and an 8 x 8 for a friend. No problem, all we have to do is print one in a smaller version!
Changes can be made without having to rip apart a layout. Paper and elements are not glued down. With a few clicks you can make changes.
You can easily share your creations online and via email with friends and family.
You don't need to print out photos. You can work with the files on your computer, or send them to me to work on!
Pictures can be enlarged, reduced and cropped to the size you want. No need to wait for pictures to be printed out in the correct sizes and spend extra money on enlargements.
